Note the following: 1.The bitrate_auto sample only supports svc(smart vedio conding) interface functional calls; 2.Venc sample needs to be started before starting bitrate_auto; 3.The maximum number of target is 32. Due to performance impact, the total area of all the targets cannot exceed 1.5 times the entire image area.
