Compile the reg-tools tool.

The compilation of the reg-tool depends on the libsecurec-board.a security function library. Therefore, you need to compile the libsecurec-board.a static library before compiling the reg-tool. For details, see the following steps:
a. Go to the osdrv/componment directory and decompress the secure function library.
	cd osdrv/componment
	tar -xzf secure_c.tgz
	cd secure_c

b. Compile the secure function library and copy it to the reg-tools-1.0.0/source/common directory.
	make lib CROSS_COMPILE=arm-mix410-linux-  # Remarks: Different projects require different tool chains.
	cp libsecurec.a ../../tools/board/reg-tools-1.0.0/source/common/libsecurec-board.a

c. Compile the reg-tool.
	cd reg-tools-1.0.0
	make
